As a general rule, vector files are best for the highest quality results. Accepted vector formats include .ai, .eps, .svg, and .pdf
(please note that not all files saved with these extensions are true vector files).High-resolution .jpg or .png files are also acceptable for digital, full-color items.

Occasionally there may be a mishap with your order. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing items, please contact us within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery so we can help make it right.

• Your order number
• Photos of the affected item(s).We kindly ask that you keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved.
Once we receive your message, we’ll review the details and provide a solution as quickly as possible.

Due to the nature of our items, we do not offer returns or exchanges — All sales are final.

Traveling with matches can be a bit tricky. We've summed it up below, but please reach out with any questions.
CAN I FLY WITH MATCHES?
Short answer — NO.
• You can fly with 1 book of safety matches in your carry-on or person.
• Matches ARE NOT allowed in checked baggage.
• Strike-anywhere matches are prohibited.
WHAT WE RECOMMEND
Domestic Travel:
• Have your matches shipped to someone local (relative, event planner, etc.), or directly to your venue/hotel.
• Be sure the receiving party is aware so they are expecting them.
International Travel:
Not all countries allow shipments of matches from the US — we’ve included a link below with details.Although a country is listed to receive matches from the US, please check with us PRIOR to verify.

Please contact us via email ASAP. In most cases as long as your package hasn't shipped, we can update your address.
**PLEASE NOTE** We will contact you directly if there are shipping overages that need to be paid due to the address change. Those overages (if any) will need to be paid prior to shipping. -
YES! Whether it's 1 or 50, all vinyl decals and stickers ship for a flat rate of $5.00 (generally, first-class USPS with tracking).
Shipping upgrades are available at checkout.

PLEASE NOTE: Lila's Haberdashery is NOT responsible for packages marked "Delivered", but are not received.
We strongly encourage you to reach out to your local USPS Office and/or check with your neighbors or front desk for misplaced mail. If you have additional questions, please contact us.
Often times USPS packages are marked "DELIVERED" and can take up to 2 days to actually be delivered. If that time has passed and you have still not received your package and it is marked "DELIVERED", please file a claim with USPS. -
